Free Standard Shipping within Australia over $120.

Delivery Delays are being experienced. We apologise that some delays may be extensive.

We are unable to offer guarantee of standard delivery time frames. If you require your items to a deadline we suggest you take advantage of our subsidised express upgrade. 

Please note that currently Australia Post is not guaranteeing next day express delivery. If you have a delivery deadline please allow an extra 2-3 business days for express delivery.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Standard Domestic Shipping is $9.00 across Australia. Please note this is authority to leave. If you do not have a safe location to leave please select signature on delivery option. The NATIVES Co. bears no responsibility for unreceived items marked Authority to leave. If you have not received your parcel and it is marked as delivered by the courier provider please contact them directly for resolution.

We use Sendle Carbon Neutral or Carbon neutral Australia Post shipping within Australia.

Standard parcel delivery is 3-5 working days, longer to some regional areas. However, delays may be experienced during peak delivery times, holidays and online sales events.  Delays are being experienced due to COVID-19.

If you require signature on delivery please select this shipping option on checkout.

Express Post Domestic

Australia Post eParcel Express shipping is $16 Australia wide.

Orders over $400 will be shipped free via Express Post Authority to Leave.

Express post delivery is generally next day delivery but may take 1-2 working days to regional centres.

Perfume, essential oils and nail polish can not be sent express post and will be dispatched by regular post.

Conditions of Shipping

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered above are only an estimate as supplied to us by our shipping partners.

Dispatch is generally within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched and this will include Tracking numbers.

All purchases from The NATIVES Co. are made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been dispatched to the courier. The NATIVES Co. accepts no liability where incorrect or incomplete (eg. missing business name) delivery details have been supplied. We advise that you check your order tracking to ensure successful and safe receipt of parcel.

Parcel Tracking

When your order is processed through our website you will receive a confirmation email.

We endeavour to fulfil your order within one to two business days, at which time you will receive a dispatch email including details of the courier service and your tracking number. You will receive email updates from the courier service when your parcel is on its way and has been delivered.

International Deliveries

Limited international delivery is available. Fixed price shipping for 4 items or less is available to a limited number of destinations below, select your destination country at the checkout. All prices are in Australian Dollars and will be added to your cart at checkout. For all other International destinations or larger orders 5 items or more, please contact us or email us at [email protected] for a quote, include details of products you wish to order and delivery address.

All shipping, customs import and duties are at the cost of the purchaser and payable on entry into your country. The NATIVES Co. bears no responsibility for customs entry clearance or fees into international destinations.

International Returns: Returns for change of mind is not available for international orders, please select carefully. The NATIVES Co. cannot provide return shipping for international orders. If you need to return you item for another reason international postage and shipping is at your effort and cost. 

Delivery time frames indicated are working days and intended as a guide only, as provided by the courier service. The NATIVES Co. is not able to guarantee delivery dates to international destinations. International shipping delays and customs processing can affect delivery times.

Please note perfumes, essential oils, nail polish, candles and room sprays cannot be shipped internationally and will result in your order being cancelled.

  • Asia – Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore (6-13 days) (Please note: Amala product range is not available for shipping to Asia)
  • Fiji, Samoa & Pacific Islands (6-13 days)

Final price depends on number of items, up to 5 items maximum and will be calculated at checkout. Prices at checkout are excluding shipping insurance. Courier providers provide limited insurance of up to $100AU on standard deliveries and any claims are the responsibility of the receiver. We highly recommend paying for transit insurance to ensure you are not out of pocket in the slim chance something does go wrong. If you require shipping insurance please contact us for a full quote.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

We have strict quality assurance and packing procedures and all items are inspected to be secure and intact at dispatch. We use high quality FSC cardboard shippers for all standard size deliveries and use recommended packing materials and techniques to ensure your items are safe during transit. Oversized and larger items may be delivered in alternatively suitable packing. 

All purchases from The NATIVES Co. are made pursuant to shipping arrangements. The NATIVES Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post, Sendle or any other courier provider. In the event that your product arrives damaged it is advised that the purchaser/receiver is responsible for pursuing any damage or lost items claims with the courier provider.

Please note, “damage” does not cover the packaging of any delivery. If the product packaging has been damaged during transit but the product remains intact and useable this will not be considered as “damaged” by us or our courier providers. 

In the event that you have not received you parcel and the tracking shows “delivered” please contact us and/or launch an investigation with the courier provider. It is advised that it may take in excess of 7-10 business days for a lost parcel investigation to be completed.

Transit Insurance

The maximum compensation Australia Post or Sendle will pay for an uninsured parcel is $100. The NATIVES Co. do not provide additional shipping insurance or assume any risk or responsibility for damage or loss during shipment. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your delivery please contact the courier provider directly. If you require additional insurance for your order please contact us prior to checking out.
