Product & Store Information

Yes, 100% Australian. We are a small Australian business, owned and operated by two sisters in Newcastle and Sydney NSW. 

All our stock is held in our local warehouse and shipped within Australia to you. We do not use drop shipping methods or ship from international warehouses.  

We are authorsied stockists for ALL our brands. We have researched, sourced and built direct relationships with the Brand owners themselves for approximately 95% of our brands. The remaining few brands are represented by authorised Agents that represent and distribute the brands legally. Our brands are authentic, as is our training and our passion for the Indie Beauty Industry.

Our brands and products are selected for their commitment to cleaner safer beauty. All our products are free from all of the toxic ingredients listed on our Ingredients we Reject page. They also opt to replace fillers and synthetics with pure potent ingredients, making them safer and healthier alternatives to mainstream beauty products. However, some individuals do have sensitivities to a whole range of natural ingredients such as nuts, gluten, dairy etc and can suffer an allergic reaction.

We encourage you to read the full ingredients list especially if you have any known allergies. A patch test can be helpful and if in doubt consult with your GP. There is more information available on our website about toxic ingredients and also the natural & organic ingredients we love. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about individual products or ingredients.

Yes. We offer free samples of your choice with all orders from a select range of products which can be selected on checkout.

If you are interested in a product that is not included in our sampling range feel free to contact us or add a note to your order and we may be able to assist. 

 

Pregnancy is an exciting and complex time for our bodies. It is also often a reason women seek out cleaner safer products for use on their skin. Namari Skin contains highly pure and effective organic ingredients that are marked as safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Other products also contain natural ingredients which are safe for use during pregnancy, however some products contain essential oils and natural forms of retinol and vitamin A which maybe contraindicated during pregnancy. It is advised that you read the ingredients label carefully and consult with your health care provider about products used during your pregnancy.

Just like a healthy diet we believe fresh is best and our brands prioritise fresh potent ingredients. Small batch manufacturing, airless packaging and/or addition of minimal preservative are the methods of choice to maintain the freshest and safest products without compromising the active properties of the natural ingredients. As a result, the shelf life of some of our products is often 1-2 years, considerably shorter than mainstream beauty products, which contain a much higher concentration of preservative.

We carefully monitor our stock holdings to ensure that you are receiving the freshest product on offer. It is not advisable to keep any beauty product for a prolonged period once opened and as a general guide your products should be used within 3-6 months of opening, this is often indicated on the product as the number of months on the open jar. Please follow the directions on the labelling that clearly outlines either expiration date or a used by period.

As a general guide all beauty products should be kept clean and stored in a dry environment below 25 degrees celsius. Product in open top jars should only retrieved with a clean brush, cotton tip or beauty product spatula, definitely not with unwashed fingers. Some of our most raw and natural balms and oils may benefit from being kept refrigerated, especially during hot weather. This is also a lovely refreshing way to experience your beauty balm in summer!

Shopping Information

Yes. TheNativesCo. is an secure e-Commerce site with SSL certificate and encrypted payment processing. Our secure payments allows you pay via Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, Discover and AfterPay. We do not access or store your payment information. Any personal account details are encrypted and stored via the secure online payment gateway, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Once you order has been confirmed and your payment accepted you will receive an email/receipt confirming your purchase. When the order is fulfilled ready for dispatch you will receive another email with your tracking number. Please refer to shipping + handling for more information.

If you believe there is an issue with the product you have received please contact us immediately via email [email protected] or our contact us page with the details.

Damaged or faulty products must be unused and in their original packaging. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an order or change it to a different item. This will not be possible if the item has already been dispatched and shipped. 

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

If a product is out of stock it will be marked as such and cannot be added to your cart. If in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you via email to devise a solution or refund.

We are more than happy to take back orders, please send us the details via our Contact US and we will endeavour to help you track down what you are looking for. Please note that International delivery times from suppliers can vary and make take up to 3 – 4 weeks.
