The Amala Standard

• 100% Natural Origin: Amala’s formulas are 100% natural origin. They are all free of synthetic ingredients, petrochemicals, parabens and GMO ingredients.
• Cruelty-Free: Amala takes a firm stance against testing on animals: as a company, they do not test any of ingredients or final products on animals at any time. NATRUE takes a similar stance and only certifies brands that are cruelty-free.
• In lieu of animal testing, Amala test formulas in-house. The R&D team is trusted to prepare samples that meet our strict standards for skin safety as well as natural content and high performance.
• Vegan/Beegan: The vast majority of Amala products are either vegan or beegan (incorporating cruelty-free beeswax).
• Product Fragrances: Only 100% natural essential oils and extracts are used to scent all formulas. Organic and wild-crafted essential oils are used whenever possible.
• Alcohol-Free: Amala products are alcohol-free whenever possible.
• Made in Germany: Every Amala skincare product is formulated and produced in-house at their carbon-neutral production facility in Oy-Mittelberg, Germany.
