The use of plant extracts (seeds and nuts), herbs and flowers have an origin in ancient times. The beauty of organic formulations is that they are often multi-tasking. That was my hook. A perfect example: often a formulation used for “calming” contains anti-inflammatory compounds that work to tame inflammation, redness and irritation. The synergistic ingredients used to support and carry these calming compounds are packed with amazing skin loving omegas and vitamins. From these multi benefit formulas we can expect to see a stronger skin barrier, an increase in skin elasticity and firmness and overall nourished, healthy and balanced skin. This knowledge and my experience tells us, the greatest benefit of organics in skincare is that they work more effectively the longer we use them and the healthier, more resilient our skin becomes. Those who doubt the efficiency of these formulations are generally not consistent or patient enough to actualise their performance.
