CALM Bath Milk – lavender essential oil. Lavender oil fills the senses with a deep sense of calm and tranquillity while relieving muscle tension, it soothes inflammation, as well as your mind.

SOOTHE Bath Milk – rose and bergamot essential oils.  Rose oil reduces inflammation and aids in regenerating the skin. It works to calm the mind and fight anxiety, as well as helping to ease pain (especially menstrual discomfort).  Bergamot essential oil reduces inflammation, it works as a natural antiseptic to ward off skin infections, germs and fungi.

REVIVE Bath Milk – oats with rosemary and peppermint essential oils. Oats soothe and moisturise the skin relieving skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. Rosemary hydrates your skin and helps reduce muscle fatigue, pain and inflammation. Peppermint has a cooling effect that boosts circulation and soothes dry itchy and inflamed skin while helping to tone the skin.

Coconut Milk nourishes the skin alleviating dry skin. The essential fatty acids work to hydrate and balance the barrier for healthy skin.

Epsom salts are known to stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression as well as helping to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back and skull. Epsom Salts soothe and calm the skin and muscles while providing gentle exfoliation.
