Founded in 2011, British scent specialists Laboratory Perfumes create fragrances that are intended to be enjoyed by anyone and everyone.  The unique, evocative fragrances are crafted from environmentally friendly and cruelty-free ingredients. Inspired by the natural flowers, herbs and aromatic botanicals of Britain, as well as trips to the south of France and the mountains of Morocco, the range of scents and candles are carefully crafted in a laboratory to react to the wearer and evolve during the day. It’s a new way of making perfume the old-fashioned way.

At Laboratory Perfumes, seek to look after the world. After all, it’s where both the inspiration and the ingredients for their fragrances come from. All practices and perfumes are formed in accordance with the same Hippocratic principle underpinning modern medicine: “first, do no harm”.

All scents and candles are made in the UK using socially conscious, environmentally friendly and cruelty-free ingredients. Laboratory Perfume do not test on animals and all scents are created in their own lab using essential and fragrance oils – all of them skin-kind and free from parabens, phthalates, preservatives, synthetics, additives, and any other harmful or non-sustainable substances.

Made with non-animal-derived ingredients and therefore vegan. The scents created by Laboratory Perfumes don’t dictate age, origin or gender. They allow your journey to remain your own.

Laboratory Perfume demand the same ethical and environmental standards of everyone they work with – their supply chain is small, transparent, located entirely within the UK and fully adherent to ISO 9000: 2008. All glass, card and paper used in Laboratory Perfumes packaging is sustainably sourced and widely recycled.
