The holiday season is well and truly over, and the world is still a weird place so you can be excused if you’re not starting the year as refreshed as you normally would. But don’t worry there are somethings you can do to a least give the appearance of someone who is revitalised and is actually sticking to their standard new year’s resolution of drinking 2L of water a day and eating more cleanly.
A Facial While you Sleep
The appearance of your skin is number one when it comes to feeling your best. We all want to look fresh, youthful, rested and healthy. While we sleep our body works to repair so it’s the perfect time to feed our skin with nourishing ingredients. We all know the feeling at the end of a long day when you can’t be bothered with a 10-step skincare routine where you might not understand which product really does what and what should be layered when. This is why multi-tasking products that require little more than a cleansed face, possibly your favourite serum and slapping it on become your skins’ lifeline.
