Himalayan salts are rich in antimicrobial properties to detoxify and cleanse the skin. The salts can help the skin retain moisture, beneficial for dry and itchy skin conditions.

Epsom salts are known to stabilise mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression as well as helping to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back and skull. Due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties

Rosemary essential oil makes an ideal oil for relieving muscle aches and pains.

Peppermint essential oil naturally cleanses the skin and has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, its cooling effect soothes irritation and inflammation.

Eucalyptus essential oil is used to fight inflammation, clarify and cleanse the skin and to promote healing.
Ritual

Add 2 cups of Well Kept Bath Soak, pouring the salts in the running water to help dissolve faster into the tub.

Soak in the tub for 20 minutes for optimal relaxation and wellbeing.
