Epsom Salts are known to stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression. They also help to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back and skull.

Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, integral for tissue and cell regeneration in the skin. The oil has long been used as a folk remedy for wound healing, as well as the reduction of scars and fine lines. Due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties

Rosemary essential oil makes an ideal oil for relieving muscle aches and pains.
