Amethyst Gua Sha

Use Amethyst for calming inflammation and is also very effective in treating acne-prone skin. Amethysts are powerful and protective crystals that promote clam, healing and balance. Natural crystal Gua Sha comes with a soft storage/travel pouch. *expect variations in the stones, each Crystal is unique in pattern and colour.

Cleanse and tone skin.

Apply facial serums and oil/moisturiser and eye cream.
Can also be used over facial masks to improve the product absorption.

Starting on the right side of the face, repeat each movement 5 times.

Keep the tool flat against the face and begin with the forehead. In an upward scraping motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.

Starting at the centre of the face from the nose, scrape in an outwards motion across the cheeks to the ear.

Moving to the jawline, using the end of the Gus Sha too with the two curves – start at the chin and scrape along the jawline to the ear. Gently massage the Gua Sha tool into the ear.

The under-eye area is very delicate and sensitive – use the long curvature of the Gua Sha and apply light pressure. Starting from the inner corner of the eye, gently scrape outwards towards the temple.
