Starting at the throat, using smooth long strokes, roll up gently, repeat 5 to 10 time.
Roll along the outward of the jaw to the ear.
Starting at the nose as the central point, roll away across the cheek’s outwards.
Roll the facial contours over the cheeks, using a sweeping upward motion, back and forth to the lift the muscles and sculpt the cheeks.
Use the smaller roller to gently roll under the eyes laterally starting at from the noses edge.
