Hydrea London's copper and cotton exfoliating spa mitt features cooper loops woven into a natural cotton base layer combine to create the perfect medium-firm exfoliating texture for use during a bath or shower. Wash away dead surface skin cells whilst boosting circulation and encouraging cell rejuvenation, for silky smooth and radiant skin. Lightweight, durable and fast drying these mitts are great for everyday use and handy for the traveller.

For use in the bath or shower

Wet the mitt and use with your favourite cleansing product
Massage in circular motions towards the heart applying the desired pressure
Finish by rinsing the skin in lukewarm water

Do not use on sensitive areas or broken skin.

After use, hand rinse thoroughly in clean water, squeeze out any excess and leave to dry naturally away from moisture.

Before Body Brushing and Exfoliating please take note of the following precautions:

Never Skin Brush over-active inflammation e.g. open wounds, inflamed sores, varicose veins, sunburnt skin.
Never skin brush during an active cancer state or enlarged lymph nodes.
Avoid breasts and genitalia area.
If pregnant seek doctors’ advice first before skin brushing.
If an allergic reaction appears stop brushing. It may be your body detoxing but best to consult your health professional.
Brushing does exfoliate skin, therefore regular washing of the mitt is essential to remove dead skin from the fibres.
A slight reddening of the skin (erythema) is normal, it is the blood circulation responding to the skin brushing.
