We are sister duo Vanessa & Leesa – founders of The NATIVES Co.. Before The NATIVES Co. our busy modern lives meant we were always looking for ways to cut through the noise and self-connect. Finding time for self-care is essential to our wellbeing and with demanding schedules that time is precious. Making sure this time is well spent on luxurious and efficacious self-care that brings both physical and mental wellbeing, means sourcing high-quality and ethical beauty and wellness products that are good for the mind, body and planet.

We wanted to buy better and buy less. We were constantly searching for beauty and wellness that was luxurious quality and indulgent but also environmentally and socially responsible. Products that embrace self-love and care but also love for the planet and all that inhabit it. For us this was the lifestyle we sought.

We could both see that the desire for quality natural and organic products in Australia was not being fully met. After years of experience, dedicated research and formal study in botanical formulation we scoured the globe for products at the forefront of eco luxury beauty and wellness. In 2019 we launched The NATIVES Co. an online destination dedicated to clean, natural and organic beauty and wellness.

With a desire to help our customers understand that pure and natural ingredients are key, not only in the effectiveness of skincare but also in the holistic wellness this brings to our bodies, we are committed to creating a beauty store centred on consumer confidence and trust in brands that embrace the sustainable, natural and organic beauty ethos.
