The Benefits of Using a Natural Body Scrub

As part of your weekly skincare regime natural body scrubs work in the same way a facial exfoliant does, providing glow inducing benefits:

When and How to Use Your Natural Salt Body Scrub

Used once a week natural body scrubs are simple and quick to use especially considering the skin benefits, but note it’s important not to overuse as this can lead to dry and inflamed skin. Salt body scrubs should only be used on the body, avoid broken or sensitive skin and never use on your face, stick to finer and more gentle formulations. 

After washing, apply to wet warm skin with light circular motions moving from the arms, to the torso, stomach and legs…. not forgetting the feet! Rinse well. Now is the time to shave – not before you scrub.  When you are done and while skin is damp, lather the skin with your favourite all-natural body moisturiser, oil or balm.
